This recipe is so simple that there is nowhere to go further, and you most likely already know it, but we are publishing it in order to remind you once again one of the main ideas of the O Keto method: healthy food should be enjoyable. And in summer, when fresh berries are sold at every step, this idea is especially relevant.

Berries, however, do contain carbohydrates. Less than fruit, but still - if you are interested in losing weight as quickly as possible and sticking to the super-strict O Keto option, trying to keep your daily carbohydrate intake to the absolute minimum, then this recipe is not for you yet - put it off until the times when you will achieve your goal and switch to a softer version of the method.

And for the rest, we give the carbohydrate content in berries (per 100 g) so that you yourself can determine the allowable serving size:

Strawberries - 6.3 g

Blueberry - 8

Raspberry - 8.3

Serving in the photographs is about 150 g of berries.

So, whip cream 35-40% fat - about 150 ml per serving. Add Sukrin Plus, if desired, or another sweetener, depending on how sweet you want the result. For example, the equivalent of two teaspoons of sugar per serving. In order for the cream to whip better, cool it well, also cool the dishes in which you will whip it and the whisk.

Place the berries in any suitable container, add the whipped cream and enjoy.
